Luo Han Guo Barley Lean Meat Soup

Cut the lean meat into thick slices, and cut two to three slices of ginger;

Mangosteen, red bean, barley and tangerine peel are washed and drained;

Pour appropriate amount of water, lean meat and ginger slices into the pot under cold water, boil off the foam;
4.
Pour in the ingredients prepared in 2; boil on high heat for 5 minutes, then turn to low heat for about 1.5 hours;
5.
You can add a little salt before eating, or leave it alone!
Tips:
Luo Han Guo is relatively sweet, so you don’t need salt, especially for children under one year old, don’t add salt! !
