Luoshen Flower Tremella Soup

Prepare materials. (Lotus seeds, white fungus, soak in advance)

Wash the white fungus, cut off the yellow pedicle on the back, and tear it into small pieces

Roselle soaked in water

Pour the lotus seeds and white fungus into the pot and simmer for an hour
5.
Add roselle and continue to simmer for 10 minutes

Add rock sugar and simmer for 10 minutes, until saccharified
Tips:
Add enough water at a time, never add water midway.
If you don’t use an electric pressure cooker, boil the water on high heat first, then turn to a low heat and simmer slowly, stirring occasionally, otherwise the white fungus may stick to the pan.
