4.
Add the spun sugar to the egg whites in three times, and the egg whites are completely beaten
5.
Add the purple color cream to the egg white and mix well
6.
Pour the almond powder and powdered sugar into the egg whites, stir well
7.
Put the batter into the piping bag, and squeeze out the blank with a 0.5cm round piping nozzle. (The ring box is 4.5 cm in size, and ordinary macarons can be squeezed about 3 cm.) Then let it stand at room temperature for 30 minutes-1 hour until the skin is not sticky to your hands. Next, put it in the oven and bake at 160 degrees for 10 minutes
8.
When baking macarons, you can start preparing the fillings. Put whipped cream and white chocolate in a small bowl, heat over water, and stir until the chocolate melts. Then add the butter and continue to stir until it melts
9.
Cool the finished filling at room temperature
10.
Put the fillings in the piping bag and put them in the refrigerator for one hour. After the macarons are baked and cooled completely, add a little filling in the middle to make ordinary macarons. I won't talk about it below. Next, I will mainly introduce the practice of ring boxes
11.
Roll out the fondant paste and press out a small circle with a circular mold. Glue it on the macarons to make the bottom of the ring box
12.
Then use fondant cream to make a long strip, then connect the end to end to make a small circle, stick it on the bottom, and make the side of the ring box
13.
Glue a circle of decorative sugar beads on the side of the ring box
14.
Use a small flower mold to press a small flower out, and then glue it on a piece of macaron to make the lid of the ring box
15.
Roll out a piece of fondant cream, cut out an oval with scissors, fold it in the middle, and put it in the ring box as a ring setting. In this way, a macaron ring box is ready
Tips:
1. To make macarons, it is best to choose powdered sugar and almond powder for macarons. Because the powdered sugar and almond powder on the market will not be ground too finely, which will affect the effect of the finished product.
2. It does not matter if you don't draw circles on greased paper.
3. Be patient when sieving almond flour and powdered sugar, and come a little bit.
4. If your oven has a relatively high fire power, you can put another baking tray under the baking tray to insulate it.
5. Use a little bit of water to stick the fondant paste well, just a little bit.
