Macaroni

Prepare a handful of macaroni.

Remove the yellow leaves of the macaroni and break into sections.

Wash the macaroni.
4.
Add water to the pot.
5.
After the water boils, add some salt and oil.
6.
Add the macaroni.
7.
Blanch the water for a minute or two.
8.
Scoop out the macaroni.
9.
Cut some ginger, garlic, onion, and add chili powder.
10.
Pour in hot oil, add some salt, chicken essence, soy sauce, sesame oil, etc. to make a juice.
11.
Just pour the sauce on the macaroni.
Tips:
1. The macaroni is more delicious if it is tender.
2. When the macaroni is blanched, add some salt and oil to keep the vegetables from changing color.
3. Add some ginger, garlic and chili sauce to cold dishes to be more appetizing.
