Slice the kiwi fruit (3cm thick), cut the grapefruit into small pieces, slice the banana, wash the lime peel, and cut into filaments.

Pour 400ml grape white wine, 70ml water, 50g sugar, and 2 slices of lemon in an enamel pot. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Put the fruit and boil for a while (about 3 minutes), turn off the heat to cool, let it cool and put it in the refrigerator. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
