I saw it in the cookbook of Betty’s kitchen. Believe me, this is the best Pleurotus eryngii I have ever tasted. In my mother’s words, it is so delicious that I almost swallow my tongue haha (✧ω✧)~

Ingredients

Maggi Eryngii Mushroom

1. Wash and cut pleurotus eryngii into 5cm long strips, mince garlic cloves, and chopped green onions.

2. Heat oil on high heat, add chopped green onion and minced garlic until fragrant, add the cut pleurotus eryngii and stir fry for 2 minutes.

3. Add Magixian, sugar, and black pepper, stir fry, the sauce is blended into each pleurotus eryngii, and you can add some salt to the pot~

Tips:

1. Ordinary soy sauce can be used if there is no Meijixian, I have used Weijixian soy sauce as delicious
2. As long as the ratio of sugar and black pepper is right, you can add it according to your taste
