Make A Chicken that is Not Cold

Prepare two fresh chicken drumsticks and wash them.

Ingredients: cooking wine, a small piece of ginger, two green onions.

Boil ginger, spring onion, and cooking wine in water for about 20 minutes. If you are not sure whether it is cooked or not, you can poke with chopsticks to see if there is any blood. If there is none, it is cooked.

Wash ginger and green onions and chop puree.

Add chopped coriander.

Two spoons of soy sauce, a little sugar, a little sesame oil.

Let the chicken drumsticks cool and cut them before serving.
