Malan Fried Bamboo Shoot Tips

Hairy bamboo shoots just out of the mountain

Peel off the shells of the bamboo shoots, cut into a tender point, and serve with fresh marlan

Pick and wash Malan

Add some salt and vegetable oil to the boiling water pot, pour in Malan to blanch water (yes, there are a few shepherd's purse)

Tips:
1. Add salt and oil when blanching the water to keep the ingredients fresh and green.
2. Wait for the vegetable oil to be blanched in the pot, and then add the bamboo shoots to avoid frying.
