Malan Mixed with Fragrant Dried

Malan chooses to remove old leaves and weeds and wash them. Put a large pot of water in a pot and bring to a boil, add 1 teaspoon of salt and a few drops of oil.

Remove the malan, blanch until it changes color, remove it and let it cool, and squeeze the water.

Boil the dried bean curd with boiling water to remove the beany flavor, and chop it into fine pieces. I have a manual vegetable wringer, so I just need to make a rough cut, if I don’t have a machine, I use a knife to chop it into fine pieces.

Ma Lan also roughly cut it, and finely chop it with a knife if there is no machine.

First twist the vegetables to the coarse ends, add the dried tofu, and then twist them together into the fine ends.

Put 0.5 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon white sugar, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil into a bowl. Beat until the salt and sugar dissolve and the water and oil are emulsified.

Before serving, pour the sauce into the dried marlan fragrant powder and stir evenly.

Placing: The mixed dried marlan scent is not put in a small bowl, press it slightly, cover the plate and turn it over, remove the small bowl, and decorate the carrot trim.
Tips:
1. Malan can't be blanched for too long, it will rot after a long time. \n2. The sauce can be adjusted according to your own taste.
