Malantou Meat Dumplings

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Remove impurities from Malan head, soak in clean water for 20 minutes, rinse and drain.

3. Boil the water in the pot, blanch the Malan to 8 minutes, remove, rinse with cold water, squeeze out the water, and chop. Remember to add some vegetable oil to the water.

4. Put the minced pork in a wok, add minced ginger and chopped green onion.

5. Add cooking wine, salt, sugar, chicken essence.

6. Add some sesame oil, soy sauce.

11. Take a dumpling wrapper and roll it out thinner because the dumpling wrapper you bought is thicker.

1. Do not blanch the Malan head too well, just 8 minutes.
