Mango Black Rice Lao

Soak the black rice in water four hours in advance and then remove it and pour out the rice cooker. Just press the cooking button just like cooking rice.

Wash the mango and strawberry, cut the strawberry in half, cut the mango into small pieces, and transfer the cooked black rice to the rice bowl

Pour the prepared black rice into a larger bowl. Put the sliced mango and strawberry next to the black rice and pour coconut milk on it. You can enjoy it if you like frozen, you can put it in the refrigerator and then you can add honey if you like sweeter ones. Or white sugar, I personally think it’s just right because the fruit is sweet and the coconut milk is also sweet.
