Mango Black Rice Lao

Put the coconut milk and mango in the refrigerator in advance

Soak the black rice for four to six hours. Pour the rice cooker and use the cooking button to cook it. Use a mold to round it for later use.

Boil the sago until a small white spot remains in the middle. Cover the pot and simmer until it is completely transparent. Take it out and rinse with cold water. The cold water here is chilled boiled water or mineral water.

After making it, you can put the black rice, coconut milk, and mango in another bowl as you like. If you don’t feel sweet enough, you can add condensed milk to taste
