Prepare the materials

Boil half a pot of water, pour sago and cook. Stir constantly to prevent the sago from sticking to the pan. Until the sago becomes transparent on the outside and there is a small white core in the middle, turn off the heat immediately and cover the pot with a lid.

Seeing that the white core in the middle of the sago disappears, remove the sago and pour it into cold water to cool it off, and then use a strainer to drain the water. Go over the water several times until it becomes crystal clear.

Peel the fruit, cut into pieces, make juice, and put it in a cup.

Heat the milk, condensed milk and sugar until the sugar melts.

Put the fruit in the cup first, then add sago. Add the milk liquid according to the volume in the cup and mix well. Refrigerate and serve immediately.
