Mango Coconut Milk Sago

Put half a pot of water in the pot to boil;

After boiling, pour the sago, simmer on low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking;

Turn off the heat and simmer for 15 minutes when there is a small white spot in the center of the sago;

Rinse the sago with cold boiled water;

Pour in coconut milk, milk and powdered sugar and stir well;

Cut half of the mango into small pieces;
7.
The remaining half is pureed with a cooking stick;

Spoon a large spoonful of fruit puree into the container;

Add an appropriate amount of sago;

Put a little mango cubes on the top and put it in the refrigerator to taste better.
