Mango Coconut Milk Sago

Prepare all ingredients

Boil a pot of water. When the water is boiled over medium heat, pour in sago and cook until it slowly becomes transparent. When there is a white spot in the middle, turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer until it is completely transparent.

Take out the sago and rinse it several times with cold water, then soak it in cold water.

Mango peeled, cored and diced

Take half of the diced mango and pour the coconut milk into a food processor to make a syrup.

Pour it into a bowl, add crushed ice cubes, remove the sago and add it in, as well as the remaining diced mango. Stir well while eating.
