Mango Condensed Milk Sago

Sago, mango, coconut milk or milk (as you like), Nestle Eagle brand condensed milk

Boil water in a pot, put the sago in and cook until transparent

Rinse the cooked sago with cold water, and finally pass it over with cold boiled water, drain and put in the refrigerator for later use

Slice the mango into two large pieces, and use a knife to mark out the shape of Tian

Take out the cup or bowl, pour in coconut milk or milk, add two spoons of condensed milk, and stir gently. Pour in the cold sago and stir evenly. Put the cut mango in a cup or bowl
Tips:
1. Choose mangoes that are ripe and soft. I use large egg awns.
2. When cooking the sago, be sure to keep stirring to avoid sticking together until the sago has no white core. Rinse it with cold water and it is very transparent. If you find that there are still white cores, you can return to the pot and cook again.
3. It is best to ice the cooked sago. Of course, it is best to ice all the ingredients.
