Mango Crisp
1.
Dice the mango flesh, add a spoonful of honey and mix well.

Put it in the thawed tart shell.

Pinch as shown.

Put the oven on the upper and lower fire at 180° and bake for 15 minutes.

Take it out and shell it.

An egg yolk is broken up.

Brush the egg yolk.

Sprinkle black sesame seeds in the oven and bake for another 5 minutes.
