Mango Dumplings

Prepare a pot of hot water and pour sago

Then cook for another three minutes, mix while cooking, cover the pot, and simmer for ten minutes

Rinse the sago with cold boiled water and drain the water until there are no white spots in the inside of the sago.

In another pot, prepare hot water, pour the small balls
5.
The boiled balls float up

Put the sago in the bowl, add the right amount of brown sugar, and season

Then put the cooked dumplings on top
8.
Peel the mango and cut into pieces, and add on top.

Let's eat

Note: If you don’t like brown sugar, you can also add some sugar
