Then pour the folic acid inulin. I found this folic acid inulin after searching for a long time in China. There are formulas such as folic acid vitamins. European high-end ice cream will use folic acid inulin, which does not contain fat but can replace the fat taste, making the ice cream more stable after stirring. The taste of ice ballast is more mellow and healthy. I don’t say much about folic acid. Everyone knows that it is a must-have product for women during pregnancy, but the benefits are omitted. In addition, folic acid inulin can also be directly brewed to regulate the intestinal flora. Many private doctors in Europe also recommend it to people with constipation and people with diabetes with high blood sugar (unlike domestic doctors who prescribe a lot of medicine at every turn)

Blend in the food processor until the ice cream slurry is smooth. It is recommended to stir it for a while, because I was lazy and didn't whip the whipped cream before, and it tastes better if I stir it for a while.

Pour the ice cream slurry into the container and freeze, remember to cover the lid.

After freezing for 2 hours, take it out. If you have a whisk at home, use a whisk to stir evenly. If not, use a rubber spatula to stir. Mix carefully. Then continue to freeze, repeat the above action 3 times, which is 6 hours, and then you don’t need to take it out, just freeze it, and the next day you can enjoy an Italian mango-flavored ice cream that you will absolutely fall in love with.
