Mango Jam

Cut the mango into small pieces.

Add appropriate amount of sugar and marinate for more than 1 hour.

Rub off the dander with lemon and squeeze the lemon juice.

The marinated mango is heated in an enamel pot.

After boiling, turn to low heat, simmer slowly, add lemon zest and juice during the time, stirring constantly to prevent sticking bottom.

Boil until thick.

Sterilize the container beforehand, and pour the jam into the container while it is hot.
8.
After sealing, it is inverted and cooled, then refrigerated or frozen, and eat as soon as possible.
