Mango Jam

Cut the mango and remove the core

Then cut into small pieces and put them into the bucket of the bread machine

Add 50g sugar

Add 25g starch
5.
Stir evenly with a spoon and let stand for ten minutes

Then turn on the jam program of the bread maker!
Tips:
In order to increase the consistency of the jam, starch is not necessary, but because of the high sugar content, a lot of water may come out, which is more inconvenient to store;
The purpose of standing still is to allow starch and sugar to fully contact the pulp, so that the jam will not have lumps;
