Mango Juice Drenched Shrimp

Prepare the materials.

Pick the shrimps, remove the shrimp intestines, wash the shrimps, add a small amount of salt, pepper, and a little bit of grape vinegar to marinate for 5 minutes.

Cut the cucumber into small pieces and the red pepper into small pieces.
