Mango Mint Fragrance (oil-free Healthy Version)

Ingredients: lemon juice, lemongrass powder, mint leaves, dried chili

Prepare ingredients: fish sauce, apple

Prepare onions and garlic for later use

Blanch the mint leaves, onion, garlic, apple puree (the apples are made into puree first), and the dried peppers.

Add coconut milk, fish sauce, lemon juice, lemongrass powder, a little sugar, salt and chicken essence, and set aside after the sauce is made

Cut the back of the shrimp and remove the intestines, then marinate with salt, chicken essence and cooking wine for 10 minutes, wrap it in tin foil and send it to the oven at 150 degrees Celsius, about 15 minutes (use different ovens, temperature and time settings may be different)

Tips:
The usual practice is to fry the shrimp in a frying pan first, and then add various auxiliary materials. I modified it to the above method for oil-free cooking, which is from a health point of view, but it also maintains its original flavor
