Recently, I found that crepe desserts are really good news for those who don’t have ovens. There are so many changes and good taste. Now there are many mangoes and the taste is good. It is most suitable for making pancakes, a soft fruit. Anna recommends this kind of mango which is a bit red and not too big and not very nice, the taste is quite rich and sweet"

Mango Pancake

1. Mix low-gluten flour, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, melted butter, and blend smoothly

2. Sieve and let stand for more than 20 minutes

3. A very small fire must be used during the production process. When the surface is mature, fold it into a fan shape. The finished crepe should have a light brown pattern on one side.

4. Peel the mango and cut out two slices

5. The patterned side of the crepe is facing up, put whipped cream and mango in sequence, and fold it to complete
