Mango Pudding

Put the mango flesh into the blender and blend

Stir the mango flesh into a smooth, muddy shape.

Soak the gelatine slices in ice water

Put the milk, whipped cream and caster sugar in the pot, turn on a low heat and heat until the caster sugar is dissolved

Turn off the heat, put the soaked gelatine squeezed into the water, stir until the gelatine is dissolved, continue to stir and reduce the temperature

Pour 1/3 into the mango puree and stir until smooth

Then pour the remaining ingredients of step 5 into the mango puree, and stir evenly with a rubber spatula

Pour into the cup, seal the mouth with plastic wrap, refrigerate until set
