Mango Pudding (pudding)

Weighing isinglass powder and white sugar

Add 200ml water, mix well and boil
3.
Take out the mango flesh, add milk to puree with a blender
4.
Pour the whipped cream and mango puree into the boiled isinglass powder and sugar water and mix well
5.
Remove the big bubbles and pour into the container
6.
Cut out the remaining leftovers of the mango and put the flesh on top
7.
Put it in the refrigerator for two hours to solidify
