Mango Sago

Ingredients: 1 mango and half a bowl of sago 1 bowl of coconut milk

Bring the water to a boil and pour the sago, turning it over from time to time.

When the transparent color is a little white, change the pot of water to cook.

Remove the cooked sago and pour it into the coconut milk.

The mango was cut in half and cut into small squares with a knife to gently scrape the small squares down, and then pour the sago dew.

The delicious sago is ready
Tips:
If there is a tiny white spot in the middle that keeps cooking opaque, put it in a pot and simmer for a few minutes.
If you like sweet ones, you can add some sugar, because coconut milk and mango have sweetness, so I don’t add sugar.
