Mango Sago

Soak the sago in cold water for ten minutes.

Put it in the pot and cook for about 10 minutes.

When there is a white spot in the middle, turn off the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Peel the mangoes and cut them into small pieces.

Put the sago in the cup. Add a spoonful of white sugar (optional)

Pour 150ml of chilled pure milk (or flavored milk)

Tips:
1. When cooking sago, simmer it after cooking. Don't open the lid in a hurry. Until the white dot in the middle disappears completely.
