Sago, a dessert that was difficult to resist when I was studying in school; sweet mango, Q-bomb sago~especially the sago after a hot day and iced. It is even more refreshing and delicious.

Ingredients

Mango Sago

1. Original image of ingredients

2. Pour clear water into the pot, bring to a boil, add sago

3. Stir while cooking over low heat

4. Boil the sago until there is a little white heart left, close the lid, turn off the heat and simmer until the sago is completely transparent

5. After the sago is completely transparent, pick it up and soak it in cold boiled water

6. Scoop the sago into the bowl and add milk

7. Cut the mango into a field shape with a knife to take the pulp

8. Put the mango flesh taken out into the bowl and it's OK

Tips:

1. The sago must be boiled in a pot under boiling water, and it must be stirred constantly to avoid mashing the pot. After cooking, rinse with cold water to make the sago dew taste more vigorous.
2. If you like to drink something sweeter, you can add coconut oar or coconut milk to make it more fragrant.
