Mango Sago

Prepare all materials.

Put the sago in a pot and cook for 10 minutes on high heat and 20 minutes on low heat.

Cook until the sago has a little white core, turn off the heat for 10 minutes, and remove the sago in a transparent shape. Rinse with cold water, drain and cool.

Pour the sago milk, coconut milk and mango into a bowl, put it in the refrigerator for more than 1 hour before eating.
Tips:
1. If the water in the pot is dry, add boiling water as much as possible when adding water and stir it from time to time to avoid sticking to the pot.
2. It is not necessary to add pure milk. If I add pure milk, it will not be sweet. Try to add coconut milk as much as possible.
