Mango Sago

Bring water to a boil and add sago, stir while boiling, otherwise it will stick to the pot easily.

Cook until a little bit in the middle, turn off the heat, cover the pot and simmer for about five minutes (when I cook the sago, it feels that the water is too thick, so I changed the water and cooked it again)

Wait until the sago is completely crystal clear and you can pick it up

Rinse the sago in cold water to let cool and drain the water

Put the drained sago into a large bowl and add the mango
