Mango Sago

Over discharge more than 500ml of water. Boil the sago and put it in the pot. Keep the water boiling.

Checking the sago for about 15 minutes, you can see that there is only a small white heart in the middle. Cover, turn off the heat.

Cut 60 grams of mango into large pieces. Put the other parts into the food processor and add milk.

Stir into a uniform puree.

The braised sago is too cold. Drain.

Dig two spoons of sago and put it in a cup, pour in mango puree 80% full. Then put the mango pellets on top for decoration.
