Mango Sago

Prepare ingredients: sago, mango, coconut milk, white sugar;

Boil water and pour sago;

Boil sago until transparent;

Take out sago super cold water;

Wash the pot, bring to a boil with clean water, add sago and white sugar in cold water, and cook for 1 minute;

Pour the cooked sago into the fresh-keeping container, let it cool, and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour

Peel and core the mango, cut into pieces;

For icy sago, add iced coconut milk and mango chunks, mix well
Tips:
1. Sago is cooked until it is transparent;
2. The coconut milk I use is sugar-free. If there is sugar coconut milk, reduce the amount of sugar;
3. You need to buy a large mango and cut it into pieces.
