Mango Sago

Get the materials ready

I use a pressure cooker to cook sago, it’s super convenient. It’s not afraid to add more water to the pressure cooker. Don’t cover it for 10 minutes. After the water is boiled, pour the sago and mix it with a spoon.

When cooking sago, you can prepare mangoes and remove the flesh from the mango skin.

Add large mango diced meat into the blender, then add 100 grams of milk and appropriate amount of sugar.

Do not open the sago cooker for 10 minutes and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. Pour in the sago. In fact, I simmered for a few minutes if you see the picture. If you wait 7 or 8 minutes, it will be all transparent.

Pour some cold edible water, mix it, then pour out the water

Pour the mango puree into the sago
