Mango Sago

1. Soak the sago in cold water for about 5 minutes.

2. Boil water in the pot, pour the sago and cook until there is only a small white spot in the middle of the sago, then turn off the heat and simmer for a while.

3. Pick up the cooked sago and soak it in cold water for a while, then pick it up to drain the water.

4. Boil the coconut milk with water, then add rock sugar and let cool. (If you use coconut milk, you don’t need to add water. The concentration of coconut milk is relatively high)

5. Add the cooked sago to the cold coconut milk.

6. Then add the mango that has been cut in advance.

7. It’s even better to put it out in the refrigerator to eat!

Tips:

When cooking the sago, keep stirring, otherwise it will stick to the pan or stick together.
