Mango Sago

Prepare all the ingredients: 1 mango, 100g sago, 1L coconut milk, 50g white sugar; PS: about 5-6 bowls.

Boil water, add sago, and cook until transparent; PS: keep mixing evenly to prevent stickiness

Take out the sago, rinse with cold water to remove the stickiness, and drain the water; PS: the sago washed with cold water is crystal clear and non-sticky

Wash the pot, boil water again, add the drained sago and white sugar to a low heat; PS: If the pot is sticky, clean it again or change to another pot.

The cooked sago is crystal clear, put it in the refrigerator; PS: If you don’t eat ice, you don’t need to refrigerate it.

Peel the mangoes and cut into small pieces; PS: It is recommended to buy larger mangoes and easily cut into pieces

Put the iced sago, frozen coconut milk, and mango cubes into a bowl, and mix them together to form a bowl of Guangzhou's most common dessert-mango sago.
Tips:
1. When cooking sago, keep mixing evenly; prevent stickiness;
2. Rinse the removed sago with cold water to remove stickiness;
3. When cooking sago for the second time, remember to wash the pot before cooking;
4. It is recommended to use large mangoes to cut into pieces easily;
5. Iced sago has a better taste.
