Mango Sago
1.
Prepare the materials.
2.
Bring water to a boil in the pot, pour the sago into the pot, turn to a low heat, cover and cook. (Add enough water and stir occasionally during cooking to avoid muddy bottom).
3.
While waiting for the sago to be cooked, cut the mango and grass jelly into small pieces.
4.
After about 20 minutes, watch the sago cook until it is transparent and there is only a small white spot in the middle, turn off the heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. When the sago becomes completely transparent, pick it up with a mesh sieve, and pass it through cold boiling water. Pour the coconut milk to soak the sago and keep it in the refrigerator.
5.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes, take it out, add mango, grass jelly and raisins, stir and start eating!
Tips:
1. If the taste of coconut milk is too weak, add milk and honey.
2. When I make it myself, I will add a broken old popsicle instead of ice cubes.
