Mango Sago

Ingredients: one mango, sago and coconut milk bought from Taobao, used small sago

The sago is not soaked and cooked directly. The small sago used is put in after the water is boiled and kept stirring to prevent it from sticking to the pan.

When the sago becomes half white and translucent, rinse it several times in cold water and continue cooking. When there are still small white spots, turn off the heat, it will become all transparent after a while, and then put it in cold water. Then put the water just under the sago, and keep it in the refrigerator for later use.
