Mango Shrimp Balls

I bought 8 super large shrimps

After cleaning, use a knife to cut it from the back and don't break it

Put the shrimp in a bowl and coat with starch

Boil the oil pan to 60% and add the wrapped shrimp

Remove after deep-fried

Cut mango flesh into pellets for later use

Add some oil and Thai sweet chili sauce to the pot
