The vannamei shrimps I bought are super big! Generally, pineapple is used to accompany shrimp balls. My family happens to have green mangoes brought back from Hainan, so I decided to use mangoes to accompany them!

Mango Shrimp Balls

1. I bought 8 super large shrimps

2. After cleaning, use a knife to cut it from the back and don't break it

3. Add some cooking wine to the processed shrimp

4. Add some salt and stir evenly to marinate for a while

5. Prepare egg mixture

6. Add the right amount of starch to the bowl

7. Put the shrimp in a bowl and coat with starch

8. Put it in the egg wash and wrap it around

9. Boil the oil pan to 60% and add the wrapped shrimp

10. Remove after deep-fried

11. Cut mango flesh into pellets for later use

12. Add some oil and Thai sweet chili sauce to the pot

13. Put in the fried shrimp balls

14. It’s best to add mango cubes and stir-fry evenly.

Tips:

It is best to fry the shrimp balls in 2 times!
