Mango Shrimp Salad
1.
A variety of textures, colorful and delicious.
2.
To prepare the ingredients, there are less pictures of tomato sauce here, and the tomato sauce is also added; if you have a whim, first adjust it in a small bowl and feel that it tastes good.
3.
Boil a small pot of water, add green beans and corn kernels, add a little salt to cook, remove the water to control the dryness.
4.
Shred the red dragon peel and blanch it with water, and remove the water to control the dryness.
5.
Marinate with salt, pepper and cooking wine.
6.
Mangoes can be cut, so I'm verbose here. Cut the mango into the middle, take a piece of mango flesh, and make a few vertical cuts, to reach the peel part, don't cut the peel. In the same way, cut horizontally again. The mango is in small lumps, but still sticks to the peel. Use a knife to cut off the lumpy mango flesh and use it for salad or garnish.
7.
The marinated prawns are cooked through fire.
8.
Put green beans, corn kernels, and dragon fruit peel in the bowl.
9.
Add the fried shrimp and tomato sauce. Stir well.
10.
Add salad dressing or mayonnaise, stir well, add mango.
11.
The delicious mango shrimp salad is ready.
Tips:
The mango is harder, and the salad is too soft, and the salad will have a lot of water. Fresh shrimps must be marinated before they are tasty. I like to change the ingredients casually.
