Mango Shrimp Salad

Cut the back of the shrimp to remove the shrimp thread and wash.

Marinate with salt, cooking wine and black pepper for 20 minutes.

Use a knife to remove the core of the mango, cut into 2 pieces, and dice for later use.

The marinated shrimps are blanched in boiling water until cooked, remove and set aside.
5.
The shrimps are cooled with running water for later use.
6.
Put the shrimp and mango in a bowl, add salad dressing, salt, and black pepper, mix well.
