Mango Smoothie

Peel the mangoes and cut into pieces, put them in the refrigerator for 5 hours. (My ice is not hard enough, it's best to add ice cubes and break them together.)

Take the mangoes out of the refrigerator, put them in a soymilk machine, add pure milk and white sugar to smash them evenly. (If you think it’s not enough ice, add ice cubes and beat them together. White sugar can be added or not.) After cooking, add some cut mangoes. Just decorate with the pellets, and the delicious mango smoothie is ready.

You can also put the finished mango smoothie in the refrigerator for a period of time, the taste is still very good.
Tips:
Although the mango smoothie is good, you can't eat too much. You should pay attention to the amount, and don't get sick just because you eat too much. It can be done without milk, but with pure water, depending on the feelings you like.
