Most people eat mangoes, and they may pick out the ripe mangoes and eat them after peeling them. But in the south, I also like to eat green mangoes.
Our family likes the taste of this salad. Have eaten in the restaurant, and then I went home to think about it.

Mango Squid Salad

1. material

2. Mango peeled

3. Cut the mango into thin strips

4. Add fish sauce to the sweet chili sauce, then squeeze lemon juice and mix evenly, don’t like too sour and add some sugar

5. First add the prepared juice to the shredded mango and mix well

6. Add in shredded squid and mix well, it tastes good

Tips:

The raw green mango is crispy.
