Mango Sticky Rice

Wash the glutinous rice and soak overnight (more than 3 hours), soak in hot water for 2 hours without time

Drain the water and steam for 25 minutes

100g coconut milk, 10g sugar, 0.5g salt, just heat it slightly

Put the steamed glutinous rice into the coconut milk, stir it, and let it stand for a while

Mango cored and sliced for later use

Coconut milk topping: 30 grams of coconut milk, 1 pinch of salt, 15 grams of water, 1 gram of corn starch, and 2 grams of sugar. After mixing, heat it and just open it.

Tips:
1. If possible, it is best to use palm sugar and pandan leaves
2. Coconut milk and glutinous rice are both about 1/2 cup, and it can be made with a measuring cup
