Mango Sticky Rice Cake
1.
Choose the particularly sweet big green mango, when it is cooked, use a knife to make a circle along the top, and then tear off the skin with your hands.
2.
After peeling and pitting, slice first, and then cut into small dices.
3.
Put the diced mango into the wall breaking machine, add a little water and squeeze it into a thick fruit puree, add the mango puree and white sugar to the glutinous rice flour, and stir it into a floc.
4.
Keep kneading and knead the dough into a smooth dough. If the glutinous rice flour is a bit dry, add more water. If the glutinous rice flour is moist, add more glutinous rice flour.
5.
Divide the large dough into equal small doughs, round each small dough and then flatten it.
6.
Preheat the electric baking pan and apply a layer of oil. After preheating, put the glutinous rice cake in the electric baking pan, and then brush the top of the glutinous rice cake with oil.
7.
Cover the pan, press the pancake button, wait for the end of the program, turn the pancake over, and then press the pancake button to flake the sides until golden brown.
