Mango Sticky Rice Cake
1.
Pour all the ingredients except mango and coconut paste into a small pot.
2.
Stir evenly and mix into a slurry, then steam the slurry on the pot for about 25 minutes to solidify.
3.
Peel the mangoes and cut into diced mangoes.
4.
After the steamed glutinous rice noodles, let cool a little bit, put on gloves, take a piece of squash, put a diced mango, and round it like a dumpling.
5.
Roll the wrapped glutinous rice ball in the coconut paste.
6.
Put glutinous rice cakes in a paper tray, and then put them in the refrigerator before eating.
Tips:
1. This amount can make 14 mango glutinous rice cakes.
2. The glutinous rice ball is sticky, so you can wear a disposable glove bag, so it won't stick to your hands at all.
