Mango Sticky Rice with Coconut Milk

Soak glutinous rice overnight. If there is no Thai glutinous rice, just use ordinary glutinous rice, which is more convenient and easy. You can also use 2/3 of glutinous rice and 1/3 of Thai fragrant rice. There is little difference between the two methods.

Put 200ml light coconut milk into a pot, add a tablespoon of sugar and a teaspoon of salt and heat until the sugar melts.

Pour 170ml coconut milk into the soaked glutinous rice and cook the glutinous rice with coconut milk. Just like cooking rice, discharge the rice cooker.

After cooking, use a rice spoon to mix loose.

Peel the large mango, cut off the pulp, then slice it and set aside.

Put the glutinous rice into a bowl, then pour it on the plate, and use a bunch of mint leaves to increase the fragrance. Finally, put the cut mangoes and pour the remaining 30ml coconut milk on top.
