Mango Tannin
1.
Wash the mango and grass fruit, peel, remove the pit, and then cut into cubes. (Adding apples will have a little sour taste to enrich the taste).
2.
Put the diced fruit in the beater and beat it into a puree without particles. Then put the jam in a non-stick baking pan and spread it out to a thickness of about 1 cm. (Chop the cranberries and put them in to beat together).
3.
Put it in the oven, adjust the temperature to 100 degrees, and bake for about an hour. When you see the surface is almost dry, take it out while it is hot and let it dry.
4.
After drying (it took me two days to dry on the sunny window sill indoors), roll it into a suitable size roll.
5.
Cut into small pieces of suitable size and bottle. Because it is pure natural and no additives, it is better to keep it in the refrigerator. Of course, it is best to eat it as soon as possible.
