Mango Taro Sago
1.
Peel the taro and cut into small pieces.
2.
Put the fragrant taro in a soup pot, pour some water, add rock sugar, and cook until the fragrant taro is cooked through.
3.
Take out about 1/3 of the taro and smash it with a fork.
4.
Pour back into the pot and mix well. (Part of the fragrant taro is crushed to make the taro more fragrant.)
5.
Pour the coconut milk and cook until it is turned on again and turn off the heat.
6.
In a separate pot, bring the water to a boil, slowly pour in the sago while stirring constantly to prevent the sago from sticking together.
7.
Cook until the sago is a bit transparent and there are white spots in the middle, then turn off the heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
8.
When the sago is all transparent, remove the cold water and rinse off the stickiness. The sago is more refreshing.
9.
Pour the sago back into the taro syrup and mix well.
10.
Add diced mango when eating.
