Ingredients

Mango Tremella and Lotus Seed Soup

1. Prepare all the ingredients, soaked white fungus, lotus seeds, mango, honey.

2. The white fungus goes to the old root and breaks into small flowers.

3. The white fungus broken into small flowers is put into the boiling pot.

4. Add lotus seeds. (I use lotus seeds without heart, not soaked in advance, and do not need to be cored)

5. Add water to the boiling pot, be sure to leave the lotus seeds and white fungus. (You have to add enough water at once)

6. Bring to a boil on high heat, turn to low heat and simmer slowly.

7. After cooking for about an hour and a half, the white fungus has boiled out of jelly. Turn off the heat.

8. When the white fungus cools to 30 to 40 degrees, place it in a bowl and add a tablespoon of honey to taste. (The honey is in the refrigerator, some of it has crystallized, it doesn’t matter)

9. Wash the mango, peel and cut into small pieces

10. Just put the cut mango directly into the white fungus.
